Poool Access offers you several levels of targeting, so you can personalize your journeys as effectively as possible. You can configure each targeting level.

User journeys

We recommend thinking about the segmentation you will apply and the associated user journeys. This will help you more easily plan out the different settings to consider.

Here is an example of a user journey matrix that you can use to think through your different targeting options.

User journeys work as long as the user has accepted cookies. If the user refuses cookies, they will be exposed to a single action.
