Poool Access – Our pre-launch checklist
First of all, don't forget, our Poool Tag Helper extension is available to make your job easier! You will be able to see all the settings that are applied on your site.
Several things to check:
Integration
- The Access.js and Audit.js scripts are implemented on the content pages you want to include in a journey
- Pages are tagged according to their type: free, premium
- User consent is included in the configuration of Access.js and Audit.js
- The behavior in case of errors is optimized
- Customization options (context, segment) are passed in Access.js and Audit.js
- If you're collecting information via Poool (newsletter subscription or form), data submission to your database is active
Display rules
- The wall placement and its display on the page matches your expectations
- Settings are functional: journey progression, appearances and messages
- Customization options are applied: custom contexts and segments
- The wall does not appear for subscribed users
- The action in case of no consent is correct
- The redirect URLs for active journeys are filled in
Statistics and tracking
- Data is being collected in the Statistics tab of the Dashboard. Note: This data becomes available the day after activation
- The connection with your analytics tool is set up in Access.js and Audit.js, either through our connectors or your own tracking system
During the launch, make sure to closely monitor:
- Your active journeys
- Statistics in both Poool and your analytics tool: check the available data based on the specific elements you've activated
