# Initial set-up of poool applications

Welcome to your Poool Dashboard! 🎉

From the very start of your onboarding, access to the Poool application is created by our teams. You will receive a login email to activate your account.

Depending on the product you chose, you will discover **Poool Access, Poool Flow** and/or **Poool Engage**.

Below, we detail some key information about the general configurations of your applications.

# Manage your profile information

At the top of your Dashboard, in the **My account** section, you can manage your profile information.

## Languages

The Dashboard is available in three languages: **French, English,** and **Spanish**!

## Display mode

Two modes are available, depending on your preference: light mode or dark mode.

## Profile information

Email, password, and two-factor authentication ensure a secure login.

In the **Settings** section, you will find information related to your application.

Here you can:

* Edit the name of your app if you wish
* Choose the default language → this is the language that will be used by default in your journeys / elements. Currently, you can choose between **French and English**.

For your technical team, you can also retrieve the **App ID**, which will be used to initialize the Poool script.

Once these settings are completed, you can start configuring **Poool Access** and/or **Poool Engage**.

If needed, you can also grant access to other members of your team.
