# How can I connect Poool to Zapier?

Poool offers you the ability to easily configure third-party integrations with your favorite tools, including Zapier!

You can gather all the data collected via a Poool Access widget or a Poool Engage element and transfer it to your own database.

# When to activate the connection with Zapier?

Zapier is useful for retrieving data collected with two Poool Access widgets:

* **Newsletter Widget** (retrieves email information)
* **Form Widget** (retrieves all information collected in the form fields)

Simply activate the option you want in the Dashboard.

For Poool Engage, you can use Zapier to retrieve all the information collected in the various fields activated in your Engage element. Again, don't forget to activate the option.

# Setting up the connection

In the "Integrations" section, choose Zapier.

You will then be guided through the different setup steps (Trigger / Action / Testing the configured zap).

💡 For setting up the Trigger, search for "poool" in the search bar and select the latest version of Poool that appears.
