If a reader belongs to a group or segment that has been allocated to answer a survey question, through using the widget 'survey', they will be shown a survey that has been created in the Dashboard. 

If multiple surveys have been made then the one shown to the reader will be chosen at random. 

It is possible that a reader could be shown the same question multiple times. To make sure that this doesn't happen, add a few dozens of seconds extra to the server request, something that isn't tollerable to the reader.
